Transportation Guarantee Service
The transportation guarantee service is designed to protect against various problems that may arise during the transportation of goods, reduce the risk of loss, delay or damage of goods due to logistics or other reasons during transportation, and increase customers' trust and satisfaction with the store.
The Worry-Free Purchase service is provided by Seel. Worry-Free Purchase guarantees delayed delivery, lost packages, and damaged packages. The specific details are as follows:
● Delayed delivery of packages:
For domestic transportation, if the merchant has not delivered the package after 10 natural days after sending it; for international transportation, if the merchant has not delivered the package after 30 natural days after sending it, it is considered delayed, and Seel will compensate the buyer with $5 (if the transaction currency of the store is not US dollars, the transaction currency shall prevail. For example, if the transaction currency is Euro, the compensation amount is 5 Euro, and the premium is also based on the transaction currency);
● Package loss:
For domestic transportation, if the merchant sends the package but it is not delivered after 30 natural days; for international transportation, if the merchant sends the package but it is not delivered after 60 natural days, it is considered lost; when the logistics status of the package shows that it has been delivered, but the consumer indicates that it has not been received, it is considered lost on the porch. The claim for the loss of the porch may require the consumer to provide additional supporting documents, please see "Worry-Free Purchase Claim Information" for details.
● Damaged package:
When the buyer receives an item that is obviously broken, shattered, bent (if the item is not bendable), crushed, etc., making it unusable, Seel will compensate the buyer for the value of the goods (the specific amount is subject to the amount paid by the buyer). However, it does not include items with cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing damage, packaging errors, or unsealed items.
